1. Reevaluate your stakeholder matrix. Check its power and interest level. Check if there
are stakeholders that you have not included.
2. Map your stakeholders in the POWER/INTEREST Grid.
3. Check their position stance. What do you want their stance to be? What is the gap
between the current and desired stance for each stakeholder?
