Case record is put up today on the strength of petition

Petitioner has filed a petition supported by an affidavit stating that she does not
want to proceed with the instant case.

The petitioner Nabanita Ghosh is put on dock wherein she further stated that she has
filed the petition voluntarily and does not want to proceed with the instant case as the case is
amicably settled between her and the OP.

Heard. Perused. Considered.

In view of the petition of the petitioner the present case is hereby disposed
off being withdrawn.
