DECLARATION

Dear buyer, you are requested to give a sample undertaking of bid. I am ready to submit 1
samples for approving within 5 days of award of contract at the cost of bidder. In case, the
sample is found to have to conforming to the contract specifications, the buyer may call for
fress samples for approval before allowing bulk supplies.
