Rooms will be allotted to students only after payment of hostel fees.
Failing to pay the hostel fee will fetch a penalty of Rs.100/- per day. (For one week
only)
Failing to pay the hostel fee with penalty within a week will lead to expulsion from the
hostel.
Students can remit the fees through online mode only. For the link refer institution
website or [Link]
Procedure for paying fees through online is attached herewith.
Procedure should be informed in the class room by mentor/ class advisors and also
share the same with the students.
Due to increase in the commodity prices, maintenance, electricity and water charges,
there will be an increase of minimum 2%* of total hostel fee every year.
Principals are requested to send the due date for the hostel fee payment to parents through
SMS /Email and ensure that the message is received.

Enter Username and Password
For all students Username will be their Student ID and Password is Date of Birth(dd/mm/yyyy)

6. Navigate to the Payment Section and enter Payment details
Select appropriate Fee head, enter payable amount and click the “I agree with Terms and condition”
If all the details are correct, click the “Pay Now” button for the payment.
An SMS intimation will be sent to the registered Mobile No. with transaction reference no.

All types of Payment modes are available like Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, UPI, QR Scan, Google Pay, Paytm, Wallet
etc.,
Check your Name, Mobile No., Email ID and amount to pay before proceeding for the payment.

All payments made through Online was shown in the “Payment History” section. At any time, students can able to view the receipts.
Any Payments done in Account Section physically or in Online can be seen in “Receipt Details” tab in the Home Screen of Students
Portal.
