1. Mr. X is 20years old male who is suffering from depression from past 1 year. Case history of Mr.
X reveals that he had a troubled childhood and was neglected by his parents therefore he
developed a thought “I am not wanted”. Later in his college he could never make friends and
has beliefs like :”I am ugly:” “Nobody loves me”. On the basis of the presented case which
therapy will be the most appropriate from Mr. X and why? Explain the therapy in detail.
