The Candidate should have managed the Overall IT function of the organisation which

includes the following activities.

He/she should have experience of managing team.

Exp – 5 to 8 years

 Business partnering with Multiple teams: Should have experience in managing


multiple stakeholder expectations.
 Project Program Management: Experience in Managing multiple projects /
Program within organisation at the same time.
 Preparing Business cases along with stakeholders and Get the business approval
 Defining Vendor evaluation parameters and Evaluation of vendors along with
Central IT team
 Business Analyst: Person should have ability to be the bridge between the
business stakeholders, Central IT and Developers and should have the ability to
communicate requirements to stakeholders
 Experience in handing RFP process
 Managing Vendors and Budgets
 Innovation : Understanding short and long term vision of the organisation and
bring in the new technology for Evaluation and Implementation
 Application Support: Ensuring the SLAs for different Applications running within
the organisation
 Fair understanding of Enterprise Architecture and ability to understand and
implement changes to the existing Architecture.
 Change Management : Ability to manage business expectation for the changes
and implementing the changes in the system,.
 Post Implementation support: Training users post implementation
 Application Adoption: Ensuring maximum usage for the implementation systems
and taking various initiatives to increase adoption.

Qualifications:

 A minimum of 5 years of experience within the IT sector with at least 2-3 years
of relevant experience as a Project Manager and worked with
ecommerce/retail and beauty/salon industry verticals.

 MBA is preferred (preferably in Business Analytics, Operations or Marketing)

 Should have implemented enterprise level projects using technology .net, react,
shopify, Zenoti, nodejs, REACT/REACT Native.

 Well versed with technology know how for SAAS, PAAS, IAAS architecture.

 Well versed on projects implementation for website, CRM, POS system, Custom
Applications, Mobile Apps development and Release management etc.

 Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a


related field.

 Relevant certifications like PMP, CSM, etc preferred.

 Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and


implementation of software solutions.

 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


 Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
