Program cannot be loaded error


in Brewmaxx

How to solve

1. Check all the communications are normal


2. Deactivate the respective sequence class
3. Activate and release the sequence class
4. Transfer to the controller
Check communications
• Go to Configuration manager >> Stations >> Rockwell
ControlLogix >> respective PLC >> Diagnosis

Communication lost between Communication normal


Server and PLC between Server and PLC
To deactivate the respective sequence class
1. Go to the respective sequence class from the drop down tree
shown in left‐side view
To deactivate the respective sequence class
Next way to go to the respective sequence class
• Open Configuration Manager
• Direct left click the text(with blue and underline) on operator
dialog box
To deactivate the respective sequence class

2. Remove tick at Active box


To deactivate the respective sequence class
3. And check the respective sequence class under server tag
• Tick on the Active box is disappear
To activate and release the respective sequence class
• Go to the respective sequence class under “operation and
sequence controller class”
• Click Release button
Transfer to the Controller
• Must be stop or hold the respective sequence class process
• Right click on the respective operator dialog box and stop or
hold
Transfer to the Controller
• Right click on the respective sequence class under the server
tag
• Click “Transfer to the Controller”
Sometimes, it may need to reconfigure
• Sometimes, it may need to reconfigure
• The PlantiT batch server
• PlantiT
• Click “Transfer to the Controller”
