1. General
DC contactor CZ0 series is mainly applicable to DC transmission
line with rated voltage not more than 220V, and rated current
not more than 600A for connection with far distance and
breaking DC circuit, and applicable to frequent startup of direct-
current motor and reversing stop and plug braking.
Standard: GB 14048.4 IEC 60947-4-1.

4.1 Selection principle
Selection principle of DC contactor

4.2 6 categories shall be divided as per agreed thermal current: 40A, 100A, 150A, 250A, 400A and 600A.
CZ0-40 arc-suppression coil: 6 specifications can be selected, namely 1.5A, 2.5A, 5A, 10A, 20A and 40A.
4.3 Voltage of control coil: Regular control voltage includes DC24V, DC48V, DC110V, DC220V and DC440V.
Note: Connection method of duplex winding coil for contactor shall be selected.

6. Ordering information
complete type of contactor shall be selected when users
ordering.
For example: Ordering of DC contactor CZ0 and agreed thermal
current is 100A, with two opened and two closed auxiliary
contact; its coil voltage is DC 110V and 10 sets are needed.
Ordering No.: CZ0-100/20 110V, 10 sets.
