About the Role:

PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and technically strong Associate
Instructor to lead our training initiatives across premier institutes engineering colleges,
and schools across India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in their core
technical domain, outstanding communication skills, and a flair for teaching and
mentoring.

Candidates must belong to one of the following departments and possess in-depth
knowledge of trending technology relevant to their field:
CSE / IT / Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation/Mechanical / Mechatronics /
Automation & Robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Training Sessions:


Conduct engaging and high-impact technology workshops across colleges, schools,
and premier institutions.

Mentorship & Team Training:


Train, guide, and mentor junior trainers from PHN Technology, ensuring content and
delivery consistency.

Travel Readiness:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India for conducting workshops and
sessions as per schedule.
Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s/master’s degree in CSE / IT /Electronics / Electrical /


Instrumentation/Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation & Robotics.

 Strong technical foundation and deep knowledge in trending technology


relevant to their department.

 Must be able to confidently explain and simplify any technical concept for
diverse age groups and academic levels.

 Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).

 Strong planning and time management abilities.

 Strong public speaking and presentation skills

 Comfortable handling of large groups and tailored delivery methods to suit


di erent institutions.

 Excellent stakeholder management in handling clients, academic institutions,


and internal teams.

 Willingness to take up training responsibilities as required.

Preferred Skills:

 Exposure to hackathons, innovation challenges, or mentoring student projects

 Multilingual skills beyond Hindi & English
