As such, we are seeking a Senior & Dynamic professional to be part of our Corp Affairs team to oversee
and manage the group’s relationships with various stakeholders, including the public, government
agencies, investors and other relevant stake holders aligning with the group’s strategic objectives and
repute.
3) Principal Accountabilities
Accountability Supporting Actions
Liaising with the state machinery like Secretariat, Govt
Government Affairs officials, bureaucracy, and other govt. bodies like labor
Department, municipality, Police authorities etc.
Focus on interpretation of new laws. Monitor and analyze
Regulatory Affairs legislative and regulatory issues that may impact the
organization. Engage with government officials and
industry associations to advocate for the company's
interests.
Play a critical role in advancing the organization's
Policy Advocacy objectives by developing and implementing strategies to
influence public policy. Work closely with internal teams,
external stakeholders, and policymakers to advocate for
policies that align with the organization's mission and
goals.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure positive
Media Relations coverage of the company in various media outlets. Manage
press releases, media inquiries, and interviews.
Engage with polity, community leaders, industry
Stake holder Management associations. contract lobbyists, elected officials, interest
groups and other state agencies to convey the company’s
position on issues as per need.
Work with CSR team for initiatives and communicate the
Social Responsibility organization's commitment to ethical and sustainable
business practices.
Overseeing different statutes particularly at local office,
Statutory compliance arranging legal advisory through identification and
engagement of legal professionals.

5) Qualifications
Master's degree in political science, public policy, law, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience of 15+ years in policy advocacy, government relations, or related fields, with a
demonstrated track record of successful advocacy outcomes
