Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Non-Release of Funds for Voucher Billing (PEAC)

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the delay in the release of the
funds for the voucher billing under the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) Program. The total
amount of this billing is PHP 2,223,000, which has already been processed and submitted in accordance with the
guidelines and requirements set forth by DepEd.

The required documents, including the billing statement duly signed by the three authorized directors, were
submitted almost a year ago for the payment process. However, despite our compliance with all the necessary
steps, we have yet to receive the funds, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain
on our institution.

We acknowledge the possible complexities in processing payments, but the prolonged delay is adversely
affecting the operations and educational services of our school. As we have met all the conditions for the release
of the voucher billing, we kindly request your immediate intervention to expedite the processing and
disbursement of the funds.

We respectfully ask for an update on the status of the payment, along with a clear timeline for its release. Your
prompt action in this matter will be highly appreciated by our institution and will help ensure the continued
provision of quality education to our students.
