1. Objectives:

- Obtaining an Accurate & Effective data “on Time” for all Products over all Production Lines.

- Measuring the Production Line’s Performance Continuously, Constantly & Visually all the time.

- Each Product should have a barcode including (SKU-Product, Date, Serial)

- Printing the List of Barcodes “Prior to the Production Process” per each product according to the production Plan per

each shift.

- Sticking the printed barcode over the finished product.

- Scanning the barcode.

- Obtaining a signal to be transmitted to the PC Desktop on spot

2- Studying the offered proposals.
