Reflection Paper
As a student entrepreneur, the three-day bazaar served as a valuable learning
experience, showcasing both the highs and lows of starting a business. The initial
excitement on the first day, marked by a surge in customers and judges inspecting our
booth, created a nerve-wracking yet gratifying atmosphere. Unexpectedly selling out
underscored the demand for our product.
The second day brought its share of challenges, demanding an earlier start due
to conflicting schedules. Despite opening later than planned and facing food
preparation difficulties, the resilience of our team shone through, with customers still
enjoying our offerings. This day emphasized the importance of adaptability in the face
of adversity.
By the third and final day, a sense of familiarity allowed for smoother operations.
The overlap with the district meet attracted a diverse audience, offering a chance to
interact with students and teachers from various schools. Despite the fatigue,
completing the bazaar left us with a profound sense of fulfillment.
This experience has broadened my perspective on the intricacies of starting a
business. Moving forward, I aim to leverage these insights, focusing on refining
preparation processes, managing unexpected demands, and enhancing adaptability in
the face of challenges. The journey, with its ups and downs, has become a catalyst for
continuous improvement in my entrepreneurial pursuits
