Mrs. Emelda M. Serna

President/ Principal
Victorian Community International School Inc.
Mayor Jaldon Street, Canelar Zamboanga City

Dear Ma’am Emelda Serna,

I am writing to formally inform you of my decision not to continue my teaching position at Victory
Community International School for the upcoming school year. My last day of work will be until
March 31, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly, as I have truly cherished my time at VCIS. The opportunity
to contribute to the growth and development of our students, as well as to collaborate with such
dedicated colleagues, has been deeply fulfilling. However, after careful reflection, I have
decided to pursue other opportunities and focus on personal matters.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my remaining time at VCIS. I will gladly
assist in wrapping up responsibilities, preparing handover documents, or supporting the
onboarding of my replacement to minimize any disruption. I want to express my heartfelt
gratitude for the trust, support, and opportunities I have received during my tenure.

VCIS has been more than a workplace; it has been a community that has greatly enriched my
personal and professional journey. If there is anything further you need from me during this
transition, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you once again for the opportunity to be a part of the Victorian Community International
School family. I wish you and the entire staff continued success in the future.

Sincerely,

Maria Charisse Suarez, LPT
