1. PB value set to 0000 and ARU value set to 0001 (for purpose more
accuracy and stable value checking).

2. Set temperature to 180 Celsius, measure the actual temperature through


thermometer by touching the thermocouple to cylinder. Collect the value
offset from setting and actual temperature and set into PB value.

*162(actual) - 180(setting) = -18(Value offset)

3. Set the offset value into PB , and measure again after temperature is stable. Repeat Minor play
in PB offset value until get same value in setting and measurement.

3.0 How to Install SRM New Software

- Access to E-Mail to save the New Software File that sent to user E-mail.
- After save the New Software File, change the file format from .ex_ (Fig.1a) to .exe (Fig.1b).
- Copy the .exe file (Fig.1b) to USB Flash Drive.

- Access to Handler “Local Disk (C :)”.


- Copy “SRM” folder ① and paste it to “Local Disk (D:)” (Now there are 2 “SRM” folder, 1
folder in “Local Disk (C:)” and another in “Local Disk (D:)”).
- In “Local Disk (D:)”, rename the “SRM” folder name to “SRM (today date)”. Eg.
“SRM28.12.2017”. We keep 1 copy of “SRM” folder in “Local Disk (D:)” is to prevent if
new software can’t work properly, we can just copy the previous “SRM” folder in “Local Disk
(D:)” to replace the new “SRM” folder in “Local Disk (C:)”.

3.0 How to Install SRM New Software

- Connect the USB Flash Drive to the Handler CPU.
- Copy the .exe file from USB Flash Drive and paste to the Handler Desktop.
- ② shows the .exe file already located to the Handler Desktop.
- Double clicks on the .exe file ② will prompt the dialog box as shown in Fig.4.
- Click on ③“Start”, then will prompt a dialog box as shown in Fig.5.
- Tick in the empty box ④ and then click on ⑤ “Yes”.
- SRM Folder (New Software) will automatically download to “Local Disk (C:)”.
