School Twice a Week
Respected Ma’am,
We are the parents of ……………………., a student of Class
…………... We are writing to kindly request your permission to
allow our ward to attend school for only two days a week, in
view of his ongoing JEE preparation.
………………. has enrolled in a reputed coaching institute for JEE,
and the class schedule there often overlaps with regular school
timings. Managing both school and coaching has become very
hectic and physically exhausting for him, and we are concerned
about the toll it may take on his health and overall academic
performance.
To strike a better balance between board preparation and
competitive exam readiness, we request that he be allowed to
attend school twice a week. We have attached a copy of the
admission form from the coaching institute as proof of
enrolment.
We assure you that our child will fulfil all academic
responsibilities including timely submission of assignments,
practicals, and attendance in internal assessments. We are
confident that this arrangement will help him manage both
school and coaching more efficiently.
