EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2024-02-003

AN ORDER REORGANIZING THE BARANGAY SEARCH AND RESCUE TEAM OF BARANGAY BALUGO,
TAMBULIG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, it is declared policy of the state to institutionalize the policies, structures, coordinative
mechanism and programs and disaster risk reduction from national down to local levels;

WHEREAS, there is a need to establish a response team in the municipality to readily address emergency
situations and give assistance during calamities brought about by natural and manmade disaster;

WHEREAS, said responder are group of individuals who will voluntarily contribute time, service and
resources whether full time or part time in the belief that their activity is mutually meaningful and beneficial to public
interest as well as to themselves;

WHEREAS, under the IRR of RA 10121 rule 6, section 4, no 16 states that every MDRRMCs shall perform
the function to; organize, train, equip and supervise the local emergency response teams and the accredited
community disaster volunteers (ACDVs), ensuring that humanitarian aid workers are eqipped with basic skills to
assists mothers to breastfeeds;

WHEREAS, there is a need to reorganized and activate the established emergency response team;

NOW THEREFORE, I, BOBBY G. SUNOGAN, Punong Barangay of Barangay (name of Barangay),


Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur, do hereby order the reorganized of Barangay Emergency Search and Rescue Team.

Section 2: Duties and Responsibilities

1. Readily assist respond during emergency situations;


2. Extend the necessary assistance to LDRRM Council during disaster.

Section 3: Effectivity. This order shall take effect upon the approval.

Approved and done this 2nd day of February, 2024 at Balugo, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines.
