1. Reference tender documents issued vide this office letter bearing No 8165/T-21/03/E8 dated 27 May 2025
published on 28 May 2025 subsequently amended vide corrigendum no 01 issued vide this office letter bearing No
8165/21/08/E8 dated 11 June 2025 , corrigendum no 02 issued vide this office letter bearing No 8165/21/11/E8 dated 13
June 2025 and corrigendum no 03 issued vide this office letter bearing No 8165/21/14/E8 dated 14 June 2025 .

2. The following amendments to dates are hereby made:

(a) Bid submission Start date: For “21 June 2025” Read “28 June 2025”.

(b) Bid submission end date: For “26 June 2025” Read “03 Jul 2025”.

(c) Document download/sale end date: For “26 June 2025” Read “03 Jul 2025”.

(d) Bid opening date: For “28 June 2025” Read “05 Jul 2025”.

3. The tenderers are requested to go through the above amendments before quoting their rates.

4. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. This letter shall form part of the tender documents.
