guardians.

Host: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the College of Education’s Blue coat and Pinning Ceremony.

Host: let us all stand to begin our day with a moment of reflection. May we have Ms. Joan Ngilin to lead

Host: Now, to officially welcome you all, let us all be welcomed by our ever supportive College Dean, Dr.

Host: Moving on, Let’s acknowledge the presence of our distinguished speaker. May we call on Dr. Leila
Gomultim, BEE Supervising instructor, to introduce our guest speaker for the day.

Ducusin, Education Program Supervisor of DepEd Ifugao.

[10:20-11:00 Blue Coat and Pinning Ceremony]

Host: Ladies and Gentlemen, we are now down to the highlight of the event… This is moment
we’ve been waiting for! Join us as we commence the Blue Coat and Pinning Ceremony of our Pre-service
Teachers.

May I request the presence of our university president, Dr. Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon,

Our guest speaker, Dr. Brenda Ducusin,

Our College dean, Dr. Desiree Gume-Nangpuhan,

Bachelor of Elementary Education Chairperson, Ma’am Myrna Baloc to be here on center stage to help
administer the Coating and Pinning of our student-teachers.

To begin with, please get ready student-teachers from Bachelor of Elementary Education

With this, let us have Dr. Leila Gomultim, BEE Supervising Instructor to read the names of her students.

So those are the BEE student-teachers. Congratulations! (Around of applause)

After BEE, we will now have Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English. So, may we call on the
BSE Chairperson, Sir Jeomar Pihnuton to be on stage. Also, the Supervising instructor of BSE English, Dr,
Marites Bumidang to announce the names of her students.

Those are the English Majors.

Let us now have the BSE Filipino, followed by BSE Social studies, BSE Mathematics & BSE Science.

So, May we request Dr. Vivian Dumelod, their Supervising Instructor to present their names.

Host: Now that student-teachers are wearing their blue coats and pins with their name plates, let us
witness their commitment as they recite the Teacher’s Creed.

Host: At this point in time, may we call on Ms. Shiela Polahon, a representative of the student-teachers
to give a heartfelt tribute to the parents.
What a heart warming message. Thank you Ms. Shiela.

Host: Now that the students have said their message, of course the parents shall also have their’s.

The stage is now open for responses from the parents. Please welcome the parents’ representative,
ma’am Marietta Binwag, to be followed by Sir Cristopher Winnan to express their responses.

Thank you ma’am, sir, for your responses, we could truly feel how proud and loving you are to your
children.

Host: So, as a token of appreciation, let’s proceed with the giving of tokens to our supportive parents,
guardians or relatives who came with you here today.

Wow, that is such an emotional moment for both parents and students.

Host: Dear student-teachers, please stand and face your parents. Let us all listen, to a musical
interlude to touch our hearts. Let’s enjoy the song “What Faith Can Do” performed by our talented
student-teachers.
