The daily routine shows clear time management strategies such as setting specific times for activities (e.g., getting up at 6 a.m., breakfast at 6:30 a.m., and school at 7:40 a.m.), which likely enhance productivity by reducing decision fatigue and allocating sufficient time for essential tasks like school, homework, and leisure activities. Structured routines ensure minimal time wastage and enable focus on each task, leading to potentially improved performance in school and other activities .

To accommodate variations in academic workload or extracurricular commitments, the routine could include flexible time slots that allow for adjustments in study and leisure periods. This regular nourishment supports consistent concentration and cognitive function essential for academic tasks .
