These devices are a self contained output power stage including the output full bridge
power mosfets and a newly developed driver stage with the following features:
• Total 600W with 1 package (~300W x 2ch at 10% THD) • High quality sound through discrete power Mosfet
• 3.3V / 5V PWM Input Interface • Over Current Protection (Self Shutdown & Error Signal)
• 800kHz frequency operation for true high fidelity class-D solutions • Small module size - 64.0mmx31.1mmx9.0mm
• Easy to design by pin-compatible layout across the series
