I first found out about this organization through a friend, in which she frequently shares her
experience and the activities that this organization is engaging in, and what really drew me in
was its focus on helping students grow both academically and professionally. I was especially
interested because I want to be part of a community where I can connect with others who have
similar goals and interests. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals motivates me to stay
focused and committed to my personal and career development. The organization’s emphasis
on building skills, providing opportunities, and supporting student growth made me confident
that it would be a valuable experience to join.

I chose this organization because it aligns strongly with my academic background and future
goals. Among the various organizations available, this one stood out to me for its dedication to

What are the roles of a legal associate in finance?
If I were entrusted with the funds as a legal associate in finance, I would begin by ensuring that
all financial transactions are accurately recorded and well-documented. Maintaining clear
and organized records is essential for accountability.
I would also prioritize transparency by regularly updating the organizations on the financial
status. This would include reports on the outflows and inflows, allowing all members to stay
informed and involved.
The security of the funds is also a top priority. Whether dealing with cash or digital accounts, I
would ensure that all money is stored safely and kept separate from any personal belongings.
Above all, I would handle the funds with integrity, responsibility, and respect. Being given this

I understand that being a third-year student comes with a lot of academic responsibilities, but I
believe it’s all about time management and setting priorities. I make it a point to stay organized
and plan ahead, which helps me balance tasks effectively. I also see leadership as a way to
grow, not just something extra to add on—so I’m committed to giving time to both roles without
compromising either one.
If I were ever in a situation where I had to choose between fulfilling my responsibilities to the
organization and meeting my academic obligations, I would take a thoughtful and balanced
approach. First and foremost, I would assess both sets of responsibilities by reviewing
deadlines, urgency, and the potential impact of each task. While I deeply value my involvement
in the organization, I recognize that my academic responsibilities—especially in demanding
fields like accountancy and law—must be my top priority, as they directly shape my future
career.
That said, I believe good time management and open communication can often prevent such
conflicts from escalating. I would take proactive steps to plan ahead, communicate early with
both organization leaders and professors if needed, and look for flexible solutions, such as
rescheduling or delegating tasks. If the workload truly becomes overwhelming, I’d reflect
honestly on my capacity and make sure I’m not spreading myself too thin. Ultimately, my goal is
to uphold both commitments with integrity by being responsible, organized, and transparent.
If you were choose between positions, which one would you choose?
If I were to choose between the positions I'm applying for—as a legal associate in finance or in
human resources—I would choose the finance position. My academic background and career
goals are closely aligned with the financial side of law and accountancy. I’ve always been
interested in understanding how financial processes work and how legal knowledge can support
responsible decision-making and accountability in that area.
This interest began in senior high school when I served as the Vice President for Finance in our
student organization. That role gave me hands-on experience in managing budgets, handling
financial reports, and making responsible financial decisions. It helped me realize how much I
enjoy working with numbers, analyzing data, and ensuring transparency—skills that are
essential in both finance and law. Choosing the finance position would allow me to build on that
foundation and continue developing in a direction that truly excites me.
