Het gaat erom dat je iets begrijpt, until you make the
unconscious conscious it will rule your life and you will call it fate.
create a map where you breakdown problems and work on them for long periods of time, so
that you have more sophisticated answers.
You can’t control what you don’t understand. Control is a mechanism we use to get an
outcome, it is no moral statement. We can choose to let life happen to us, or to let us
happen to life. The latter is the only option where we can create our own future.
I associate detachment with abandonment and negative consequences. But detachment
doesn’t mean rejecting everything. Its about releasing the grip of fear and control over
outcomes.
I think it’s time to reframe everything. The moment you face resistance about something, ask
yourself what you associate the words that describe the situation with. Just like the way you
see detachment. I believe this holds the potential to be quite transformational.
Remember the time when you were young and were experiencing growing pains? How
painful it felt in the moment, the stinging sensation you had to endure for a long period of
time? That sting gave you the heigth you are and the body you now have. Do you prefer
being short and weak, or tall and strong? I personally prefer being tall, strong and capable.
This is what everything boils down to, the pain is always a signal for an upcoming elevated
state of being. If you are working on a goal and “pain” makes you give up, that would be like
you experiencing growing pains and saying, nope, i don’t want to grow taller and then you
would have stagnated and stayed small for the rest of your life. I know this will hurt, a lot. And
i know that i am willing and capable of embracing it and be happy i did that afterwards.
live in a duality where you can recognise the resistance created by your old sense of identity
and self, but then also affirm and engage in certain behaviour that are needed. This is like
stretching a piece of dough from a 2 dimensional view to a three dimensional view where
you can realise what is happening and also act on what is right.
Many souls have been gifted a body and mind, a select few are aware they have them, a
select few of those are aware of its capabilities, a select few of those utilise them well, and
a select few of those try to squeeze every last drop of potential out.
If you are misaligned and you’re in an environment where you are not safe, you will never be
able to escape, because you will be focused on surviving the present and day to day, when
that is the only time when the buckets of change can be filled.
“The soviet union died because there was no change and no variety. Early on there were
different sorts of voices that ended up getting imprisoned and murdered. According to
nature a culture has to have variety in order to survive and thrive its operating on an evolving
mechanism. It has to have a diversity of voices like a gene pool or an immune system. So
by being your odd self you are contributing to that culture, making it thrive and grow, by not
doing that you’re not contributing at all and it’s a real waste of what nature gave you”
~Robert Greene on modern wisdom
Don’t worry about copying or feeling like a fraud when you are synthesising information to
achieve a “new” outcome, the fact that the information you are building up on existed before
doesn’t mean you didn’t create something novel with more value. Your parents made you,
are you a fraud?
you have to understand that people don’t do things without a reason or an understanding of
what they are doing. The people that do, eventually fail and will be seen as stupid. “Short
tern market is a voting system, long term market is a value system”. People often give you
tips because they found that tip worked for them, the fact you fail in applying it means you
don’t have a paradigm it fits in, work on that and you’ll succeed.
you can try to organize an environment where familiarity bias has a heavy influence. But it
will be easier to have a completely new environment than trying to disrupt an established
one, is this true?
whether its creating a mealprep plan, a routine, a financial plan, investing, teaching yourself
anything. Its about excessive practise, facing resistance, and through that you get to have
the behaviour automated, but only through repetition, the brain remembers and reinforces
what is relevant and used and breaks off that which is not used or is dormant.
its extremely difficult to try to accomplish something when you have a very basic
understanding of things, because you will not see the dangers ahead.
What you aim at is what will manifest, when a thought pops up about something you crave,
you will automatically cultivate a roadmap towards it. (JP and huberman podcast).
Create your own map to navigate reality
Make an actual game plan to defeat lust, you know what actual means, life will begin after
(not even necessary
People have paradigms, the paradigms are the peoples heads, if you would have a birds
eye perspective of a city, you could see these circles or dots rather, of peoples paradigms,
the paradigm determines the reality. Every objective has a reality. The people who have a
matched or similar paradigm either consciously or unconsciously, will be behaving in
accordance with the objective and the objective will become their reality. The objective
doesn’t care about the actions you put into it, it’s either in alignment or out of alignment, on a
spectrum. The brain will seek to confirm what it believes because otherwise the personality
and identity is in danger. If you have a goal you will face resistance from the brain, but you
only need to see that this is because it thinks it will die. The goal won’t hurt you, instead it will
make your life much better, it will fill you with purpose and a feeling of energy and drive.
Eventually you will be as comfortable with the new reality as with the reality you might find
yourself in now, you can confirm this because you have done things in your life, gym, school,
socialize. The first time you did that it was uncomfortable, now you live and breathe it, the
same can happen with the dreams you have. (Perspective note) The paradigm is created
by the sum of all of the beliefs you have stacked through sensory experience, every belief
compounds on itself because you will seek to confirm it, social media algorithms are echo
chambers that show you what you pay attention to, making you like a horse with blinders,
which means that the world is unfavourably designed for the achievement of dreams and
individual goals. This does not have anything to do with the responsibility you have as a
human soul to react to this information appropriately. This is why you can’t just do the
behaviour if your identity is out of alignment, people set a goal and try to take the action but
it is impossible to consistently act in a way that is out of alignment with who we are. So if you
are awful at sales and you need to get good at it, just doing sales calls won’t solve the
problem. The sales call is upstream from the root of the cause which is the identity. So for an
example, a person could be booking 15 sales calls per week, meaning he is doing the
action, he is behaving and doing the required thing consistently. He is doing the sales calls,
but his sense of self and his belief around sales calls is stacked so negatively in certain
ways that even though he is doing the calls, the way he is behaving on the calls is just doing
it in a way that aligns with his belief, so he gets on the calls thinking; sales is hard, im an
introvert, i can’t sell, i can’t persuade people, people are going to call me out, man this is
awful, sales is awful. Looking at this and knowing what we have learned, how the hell can
you expect someone to act and behave differently to that? You can’t, all of your action is a
result of what you believe and how you perceive, so if you want to fix your life you fix your
actions, but you can’t just fix the actions, you can, but it takes a lot longer and is a lot harder,
you can be extremely stubborn and act in a certain way (andrew tate), but the most efficient
way to do this is adressing the identity, because if you fix the person you fix the behaviour.
(Explain what therapists are, what they do and how they serve this process, explain that
information and reflection can do the same but they require a certain level of understanding
and awareness of the way your mind works.
Charlie Morgan training priority, dissect jordan peterson huberman podcast, create

responsibility isn’t some noble, magical concept that once you get it or have it will fix your
whole life, its the objective reality of life. Anything else is just the result of false programming
You can make a documentary explaining why you need to understand reality, cultivate
awareness and how that is the key to everything. Tying back to examples from psychology,
human nature (which is what everyone shares) physics, famous artists like xxx, successful
people, philosophy, cultures and religions etc.
teach yourself that the first thing you look at with people is their eyes and face, while smiling
I don’t believe in having limiting conditions. Limiting conditions have you. The reason this is
hard to fathom or accept is because the human mind often functions on a binary way of
thinking. “If i don’t believe in having a beperking, the condition is still holding me back”
Who’s saying it is holding you back? Why does a supposed alteration in the functioning of
your brain have to hold you back? The moment you believe that is the case you will incline
towards not trying because the thing is an insurmountable roadblock in your process. Let’s
take a person with OCD for example. They might have a tendency that align with the label of
OCD, they go to a specialist and after some tests they get a diagnosis. Every time they now
receive a thought or do something. They have a drawer they can put this mental evidence,
they can sort it, instead of it conthis evidence shows up as a thought or impulse) in a drawer.
And the drawer then closes. Because there is no more need to sort this evidence, the
reasoning for the , and there is no further need for action. The brain then kicks in and
activates the sequence of behaviour linked to that drawer. Before you know it, this person
has a drawer stacked to the rim of evidence
Create images that represent a concept, like tiny little stories with symbols and graphs, this
way you can store much information in an efficient way, like the subjective objective overlap
When creating content (digestible information) explain your discontent with the way some
information is told, looking at youtube videos, books, podcasts, etc. And make a promise to
keep things well formulated and leave out necessity, while also expressing the necessity to
write in a comprehensible manner, you’ve researched the way humans understand
(hypothesis: through storytelling and images, but research further) and made sure you
optimised for that while keeping in mind the speed at which you can produce.
All of of your problems stem from a lack in comprehension of the reality of the system or
objective underlying the problem, any time pain or a problem presents itself is a sign you’ve
reached the border of your worldview, the way you expand is by diving deep into the relevant
research done by the humans before you, so that you can innovate on that information and
make way for the generation after you.
Drill responsibility, conscientiousness and organising into your skull asap, drill the things into
your skull that will benefit you and the people around you (RESEARCH TOPIC)
Describe the trap. A universal experience among human individuals in pursuit of growth, is
that they set out sail for a goal, and then do nothing about this. We then rationalise this as
laziness and feel bad because we didn’t do what we said we would do. If you don’t know
what you are dealing with it is insanely hard. In truth there is a reality you are missing. The
human paradigm is created by the sum of all of the beliefs you have stacked through
sensory experiences, every belief compounds on itself because you will seek to confirm it,
social media algorithms are echo chambers that show you what you pay attention to,
making you like a horse with blinders, which means that the world is unfavourably designed
for the achievement of dreams and individual goals. This does not have anything to do with
the responsibility you have as a human soul to react to this information appropriately. This is
why you can’t just do the behaviour if your identity is out of alignment, people set a goal and
try to take the action but it is impossible to consistently act in a way that is out of alignment
with who we are. The trap people fall into is giving up because they can’t seem to get past
this barrier
Perfectionism is your biggest and most foolish obstacle, by thinking you should be perfect
the first time around you inhibit your sensory system to maximise the available input it can
receive, which is the exact reason our brain can learn so fast, through trial and error and
adjusting its course. Its the language of natural law. Thesis>antithesis>synthesis repeat. The
way a baby learns how to speak is through babbling, they then connect what is right and
wrong through the input of their ears, tongue, the noises that come through their throat and
their environment. They learn how to navigate their body and world through motor babbling,
gripping, chewing, biting, touching, kicking, shaking etc. Somehow we evolve backwards as
adults in our ability to learn because we have this idea of things having to be perfect. Let
your intuition free and let loose the reins of control, and see that control flows to you
automatically. This is such a simple concept which everyone overlooks. Its so crazy and
clarifying to think like this, everybody is worrying about looking wrong, meanwhile looking
wrong is the superior thing. Shut off everything that is rational when delving into a subject
Find out what the unchanging aspects of the human experience are, and go all in in those.
Work from the bottom up, instead of the top down
There’s a state of mind which poses an impossible problem, and its very hard to
conceptualise, its like you are trying to solve a problem, but the problem itself is impossible.
The problem itself is faulty, the problem is the problem.
If you can’t solve the problem maybe you are asking the wrong question.
If you work from the top down you can’t see the bottom, if you start at the bottom the top will
manifest. If you start at the top you can’t because the top was built by the bottom, if you build
the bottom the top is on your route. You can’t figure out the top without knowing what made
it. 9 dot problem. You can figure out the top if you know the rules. You can create if you know
the rules, you are restricted if you don’t.
Ask yourself, what is the foundation on which this problem has built itself. What problem is
this question trying to solve? What created the question? What’s under the carpet? What’s
beyond the night sky? What’s in our bodies? What drives behaviour? Are you building on a
swamp or a face of solid rock? Are you entertaining a crashing plane or an innovative
rocket? Is your trajectory aimed at the stars or the surface? Are you destined to succeed or
to fail? What are you entertaining constantly? What are you holding on to? What is the
purpose behind these fields of focus of yours? What problem do they solve? Where does
that problem fit into the grand scheme of things? What purpose does the scheme serve and
what environment does the scheme operate in? Are there rules? Is it free play? What are the
consequences of your actions? What have you been built on? What is your user manual? Is
it malleable?
How did i untangle the not of gloves, why was it important and why are these better
organised than in a knot? At first this extremely complex knot, when gazed upon, seemed
impossible to untie, if you would give this ball of knots to a scientist and he would have to
create the shortest amount of actions in order to loosen this knot, it would take him much
much longer than you the time it took you to untie it. The analysation of the knot in this case
is not relevant to the goal, which is the organisation of the knot. After organisation, it can
serve a purpose, which is protect the hands of a dozen of people while engaging in an
activity that helps their self esteem and physical competence. Get this: a team of scientists
would take longer to solve the fastest route to this knot, than you experimenting hands on,
getting to know the knot, and developing your on method. Paradoxically, through hands on
action in spite of the uncertainty of your method, you develop the goal you are looking for,
which is the fastest way to develop the knot. You take the knot in your hands, you feel where
the loose parts are and start pulling, sometimes you pull and you feel it tightening,
sometimes you pull and it comes loose, you go after the parts that make it easier, you
pursue those, and through a process which you can’t explain, you solve this knot in a matter
of minutes. The fastest way is the way you can solve it. You achieve the goal through hands
on action and letting your mind figure things out. Analysation would mean death of the goal.
Which means your framing was wrong. Like the robot with the cart experiment.
The relevance mechanism in your mind works on the object of focus. Whatever presents
itself as your object of focus, will become the root of your growing thought branche, therefore
your behaviour potential. You then start killing off things that don’t contribute to the
environment (thoughts that dont contribute), pruming your potential bottlenecking your
thoughts into something that can present itself in reality achieving your original goal and
ending up with an action. So the thoughts you entertain, hours before your actions, have
actually determined your action, not your random willingness, this is why it often seems
impossible to “escape” or stop a certain action because it is the result of your reasoning,
and abandoning your reason, is a betrayal of yourself.
Your behaviour is a result of the human spirit, that’s your motivation, you create yourself,
therefore you care about yourself, therefore you care about staying alive, therefore you
desire growth. The human spirit is a result of life itself. Life itself is a result of the universe,
the universe is a result of cause and effect.
You are driving a vehicle, you are witnessing its operations, you are anticipating the effects.
What is the cause
Discover the principle of growth, with muscle the tissues die to create space for the new and
superior, death comes from pain or the friction that comes from resistance. In evolution,
nature gets rid of ineffective organisms to make space for the new and superior, the value
created by the old is reintegrated into the new. In thoughts, your thoughts die and make
space for the superior new, you take the value from the old and reintegrate it into the new.
Why create superficial rules when the issue lies within the relevance mechanism in your
head, what you put on the stage will get the attention, thats the issue, not the rule. Thats why
rules make you worse, and knowledge transforms, because knowledge creates substitutes
for the stage, creating a different show, your goal is to have an energising show instead of a
dormant one, change the performance on the stage, superficial rules don’t change the fact
that irrelevant or unproductive scripts are being prioritized. Instead of using rules to supress
whats on the stage, knowledge changes the whole production. It replaces the script, shifts
the themes or inspires the director to do things different, more energizing performances,
more vibrant stories to the forefront naturally displacing the dormant or distructive ones.
Your brain might have a structure with neural connections that favour a certain set of
behaviours, this is the gold within yourself you can uncover, what talents do you hold within
yourself, whats the gold within you? Go and find it.
No one cares about whats real and correct, people care about what works (for them).
People care about things that feel like them. People care if something fits their mental
framework and if it contributes toward growth, people DON’T care about truth, people care
about something being relevant to them. Now there are different levels of hierarchy in this
relevance concept, the level of hierarchy you are at will determine the broadness of things
you deem relevant, the specifics, and the depth of reason (and more). People look at shorts
or reels and assume truth, meanwhile people shot that video, edited it and created a captive
narrative around it. People fall for the story, not the truth, if the story fits their reality, the story
is accepted and even built upon. Social media isn’t real, it’s relevant to yourself. Make sure
you create something that is relevant, design it to be captivating, the only way you can go
wrong from there is by having a skewed judgement.
Anytime you encounter a bias towards things, see it for what it is, a bias towards things,
learn how to filter information effectively. Learn from people who are invested in the thing
they teach, you might catch advise from a scammer but you need to be more alert for
potential flaws, the way you can see something lacks value is if it runs around the point, and
does everything but reveal what is relevant, that is not teaching value, that is exploiting the
human quality of anticipation and the need to know the end of stories. Now there is a caveat
to this, because stories also show great value, and revealing the plot, main characters
evolution and story in 2 sentences kills the whole thing. If you see a video that is multiple
hours long, about a topic you care about, why do you think this person made this video?
Have you ever had a problem at school, that when you focused on, you couldn’t solve? Every
problem, is solvable, you see what you can create within 7 hours on the last day, when you
had 3 months of time for it, you create a passable solution. Don’t you see what this holds?
You can create a PASSABLE solution in 1/315th of the time. Now imagine you learned how
to focus, you learned how to learn and what to learn, improve your efficiency, get a true
mentor that teaches you something you truly care about, making use of your curiosity and
intuition. You could 10x this output easily meaning you could create something that has 3150
times the value that your report has, and your report was PASSABLE, now imagine instead
of 8 hours you spend 12, now you have 4500x the value. Imagine you hire people to work on
the problem, and you work with systems and AI, now you have 100.000 times the value. Do
you see how this works? You hold this power, so do your classmates, so do your friends,
family, the people you like, the people you don’t like. Its not complex, its a shift of
perspective. Now imagine you don’t work on a school project, but work on a real life pain
people have, you could create a PASSABLE product within 8 hours, imagine you spend
these hours, but then 12, and with better focus, a designed mentor, a reason to work, and
the power of urgency, you could solve any problem in the world. You could create a solution,
people WOULD buy. You can create systems, or even use other peoples systems, and
SCALE your operation. You CAN make money. The only reason you don’t do this is
because you DON’T have a reason. You have reasons for procrastinating, you have reasons
for playing games, you have reasons for eating like shit, you don’t cherish your path, your
reason, and your life, your reason is that you don’t like your reason, so you start doing things
to feel like youre doing something, youre just inventing things to do, and those things
contribute to YOUR reason which is that your reason doesn’t suffice. Let me tell you, the
reason is there. You just need to start looking for it.
Describe the fleeting feeling in UTMOST detail, what is it, how does it work, why does it
exist, how to deal with it. Where does it come from, how to use it to your advantage. Its the
feeling you have when you see something that contributes or illustrates your path forward,
when the path is presented and you see yourself being able to do it, thats positive emotion,
when the path is obstructed, thats anxiety. You read this and think to yourself, wow thats
valuable and i need to do this asap. Like this is great, it’s like tasting food when you are
hungry, but 5 minutes later you are satiated and the satisfaction is gone. Now what, you
don’t like the path anymore? What happened? The problem stems from your awareness.
You are ALWAYS aware of what you do, you see the bad stuff, the good stuff and everything
in between. This is why I am able to tell you this, its the direct observation of my higher
awareness, you can think this sounds egotistical but i just explained its the truth. You always
observe, so you see these moments, you love them, you find clarity in them, you want to hold
on to them so badly, until they fade, and the only thing you get to keep is the knowledge and
awareness that you were once in a state of clarity and drive, but the feeling is gone. This is
confusing AF, you will start to think you’re crazy, am i lazy? Am i delusional? Why can’t I
explain to others what i just now saw in my imagination? What if it never returns (spoiler
alert: it always does if you keep looking, and it builds on itself). The reason this happens is
because youre human, and youre an animal. Your body has its own agenda. For example:
try to enjoy anything when you REALLY need to pee and you have been looking for a toilet
for 30 minutes. People could hand you anything, but you wouldnt enjoy it as much as when
you are sober of sensation. Your attention will wander, you need to realise that you are in
control of this. Whatever thought you keep in your head, will serve as the topic of discussion,
like a prompt in a debate room. If you prompt “reasons i suck at this and why im a bad
person”, thats what the room will debate about, and because we are self critical in nature we
will always gravitate towards catastrophy (is this real?). If you prompt “the universe rewards
adaptation, adaptation takes pain, pain creates the death of your version, death of your
version gives rise to a superior version, this superior version will be my reality. Which means
i’ll be adapted, so the problems i face now will be changed for other problems, more
relevant to my situation.” And if you prompt “if i look at the past, there hasnt been a problem
to heavy to handle, besides, i forgot them, because they were integrated into my character”
you can start to manifest a good reality without the guilt and doubt of sabotage. Sabotage is
the best thing we have, its the compass telling us something is very wrong. It results from a
discrepancy (dont see this as absolute, refine your thoughts)
Something i’ve learned is that talking is very easy, hardship from action is the difficulty that
will shape you into what you need to be in order to shape a reality
Make it so that the quietness of your mind is the most peaceful place you are in. Make it so
that you are familiar with the unfamiliar, abstract aspects of the mind. Cherish this peace,
and don’t let it be unwillingly disturbed through, news, feeds, invariable algorithms, anything
that hijacks your mind unwillingly. Your ears are always listening, so protect your autonomy,
don’t let external narratives penetrate you unconsciously. Learn to be focused in whatever
you do. Limit eating, bathroomand consuming information
Make a video dismantling every argument by domain, perspective, goals, beliefs, pain,
intuition, dreams, etc.
Imagine i told you to repair a car when, you have no knowledge about it whatsoever. In fact,
you don’t even know how to use a screwdriver. Do you then go ahead and feel like a lunatic
failure who can’t ever seem to do anything right? No. You’d find a mechanic, you’d get him
to explain cars to you, he would show you how to take it apart and put it back together, he’d
take you under his wing, you’d start reading books about it, you get a job at the place and
then you will know how to fix a car. So why do you think youre crazy and get angry at yourself
for failing all of your goals, when you don’t know a single thing about the human mind and
body and its principles and psychology? Its like trying to fix a car, when not knowing anything
about it. You can’t and you never will. Unless you learn and adapt to its reality. You have a
subjective perspective on everything, everything has an objective reality. The closer these
align, the better at it you are. You might have noticed that the things you are good at, are the
things you’ve practised the most. Practise expands your perspective, due to our
evolutionairy nature we will adapt to whatever is presented to us.
These movies talk about using 100 percent of your brain, what they should be talking about
is using 100 percent of your awareness. Your brain is almost always working at 100 percent,
but it works on its own perspective and understanding. If your understanding is at 2,71
percent you will get results that require 2,71 percent. If you want to get special results
because you have seen other people do it, you don’t see their understanding, you just see
the result. If they have a 87 percent result and you have 0,18 percent understanding, you will
get 0,15%
We are born into the world as animals, babies are raw human animals, language is the
external culprit responsible for the taming of this animal. Language allows us to see into the
future, and understand things and the way they fit into our experience. They allow us to see a
bigger picture in the space of our brains. Babies cry because they don’t understand or cant
express their animalistic needs. Adults are on a mission to tame their babies into a “modern
human” who is capable of understanding themselves and their surroundings. The point could
be made that language is just the furthest evolution of interaction. Evolving from
consciousness to cognition to recognition to noises to describing to sign language to
speech and language. Babies crying is something very interesting to me, and the moments
where they don’t cry are excellent guidelines to where the animal inside of us feels
comfortable. The same could be said for their moments of need and discontent. Seeing
humanity in this light makes a couple of interesting questions arise. To what degree are we
under our animalistic influence? For example If we are hungry, lonely, sleep deprived and
unfit, we tend to be in a mood that is unfavourable for any outcome other than this mood
seeks to resolve. Despite this, we can overcome this with the part of us responsible for our
modernity. I struggle to find a word that fully describes this relationship. Modern humans
describe this as pushing through, embracing the suck, ignoring the pain. This is what makes
us human, the ability to endure, reframe and push through.
Favours increase influence
Be more humble, when someone asks you are very wise arent you, you say no
