A. Rationale of the Program, Project, or Activity (PPA)

A functional school clinic is vital for ensuring the safety, healthy, and well-being of students
and staff. While the school clinic structure may be in place, the lack of basic medical supplies
and equipment significantly hinders its ability to provide immediate and effective care. This
proposal seeks funding for the purchase of essential medical supplies to enable the clinic to
operate efficiently and respond promptly to health-related concerns on campus.

B. Objectives
The PPA aims to achieve the following:
1. To equip the school with essential medical and first-aid supplies within one month.
2. To improve the clinic’s capacity to provide basic healthcare services, first aid and health
monitoring to students and staff.
3. To support the long-term goal of promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.
