The Jacob Institute of Science and Technology, Inc. Graduation Ceremony is about to
begin. We expect the activity to last approximately 2 hours so before we begin this
ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cell phones to silent mode and be
courteous around you by refraining from talking aloud. During the presentation of
graduates, we encourage you to express your pride by applauding our graduates.

[Introduction]
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing
because it marks the conclusion of an educational journey and the commencement of
another more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest for a better life and
future. Truly, today signifies the culmination of many years of hard work in the
relentless pursuit of knowledge: knowledge that will enable a person to embrace
opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and purpose. Friends, Ladies
and gentlemen, welcome to the 6TH Graduation Ceremony of JACOB INSTITUTE OF
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, Inc. With the theme, “Generation of Unity: Partners
for the New Philippines”

I. GRADUATION MARCH / PROCESSIONAL

And now, the processional march! Let us all welcome the Candidates for Graduation
together with their parents...
Let us give a hand to the pillars of this institution, the faculty and staff of JIST, Our
School Principal, School Directors, School President and Members of the board,
together with the honored guest from the Dept. of Ed – Div of Lapu2x (

We request everyone to please remain in your respective places to maintain the

formality of this undertaking. Thank you.
II- III. INVOCATION AND PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
: And to formally start our program, may I request everyone to please rise for the
Invocation to be led by Alliah Dominique G. Mirabueno and to be followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Lapu-Lapu Hymn and our school
hymn (Jacobian Hymn).

A pleasant afternoon to one and all. This is a much-awaited event in every student’s
lives, as it gives the returns to the efforts put in by them throughout their academic
endeavor.

IV. WELCOME REMARKS

To formally welcome us all to this graduation ceremony, may I request Jhana Cristyl S.
Abuda, a candidate for graduation, to do the honors. A round of applause, please.

At this time, we are glad in the presence of a special person who gave precious time
and support in one of the remarkable events of Jacob Institute of Science and
Technology, Inc. We may call

IX. DISTRIBUTION OF MEDALS & CERTIFICATES TO ACADEMIC AND NON

ACADEMIC AWARDEES
To finish a certain discipline is a breakthrough in a student’s life and it is just right to
celebrate their achievements. JIST put much importance on students’ hard-earned
success, both academic and non-academic.

And the following recognition is given to students who exemplified the characteristics,
virtues, and values that led them to be worthy of such credit. We shall now give a
highlight to this important milestone as the candidates receive their evidence of
achievement.

As we delve into the rooster of awardees today, it’s important to recognize that
greatness knows no bounds.
May we call on the School Principal, dr. Gena Q. Macalandag, for the recognition of the
students. May I also request the Parents or Guardians to accompany your child as
they received the award.

It is said that the quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to his or her
commitment to excellence regardless of the chosen field of endeavor. Ladies and

X. GUEST SPEAKER MESSAGE

Thank you for your words of inspiration, __________________. Despite limitations, our
graduates have proven that excellence is never impossible with hard work and
determination.

XI. Outstanding Academic Awardees Speech

And to continue, let us pin our ears to Samantha Nicole Barillo, one of the 12 -
graduates with (High Honors), as she delivers her message to the Graduates of JIST
batch 2024-2025.

Thank you, Samantha for a stupendous message, may you shine your light together
with your fellow graduates in all your future endeavors. The pleasure is all mine in
sharing with you our humble appreciation for the wind beneath the wings of our young
completers, their parents, and guardians.

XII. GRADUATION SONG

Music is the expression of the soul. It moves emotions and feels with the movement of
time. Through a song that emphasizes that the strength amidst challenges, let us hear
the graduates sing “A new beginning across all time” .

That was an awesome delivery of lines and melody and I hope our guests think the
same. At this point, our new graduates will guide their respective parents or guardians
to the seats reserved for them.

The batch 2025 graduates would have not reached this far, if not because of
the people beside them. At this point, the graduates would wish to take this
opportunity to thank you parents/guardians one way or another for your
unending support. Ladies and gentlemen, let us hear our graduates sing “I
will be here”.
 The Graduation Song was dedicated in paying tribute to the school and parents
as our fostering mother for all the years we have stayed under its roof. Today, let this
be our audible expression of our bedazzling respect for our school and family. Let us

Grade 6 and 12 graduates as they sing their graduation song entitled “A new
beginning across all time”

opportunities await our graduates that will further test their mettle as
improving individuals. As they continue with their journey, may they look
