Subject: Request for Permission to Access Rooftop

Dear Committee Members,


I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to formally request
permission to access to the rooftop of our building,Surolok. I reside on the top floor (10 A) of the
building and I have a genuine inconvenience to seek access to the rooftop.

As a resident of Surolok, I am well aware of the policies and rules set by the building committee
to ensure the safety and security of all residents. However, I kindly ask for your understanding
and consideration of my unique circumstances. Recently, my spouse and I were blessed with a
beautiful newborn child and we are keen on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment
for our little one's development.
Living on the top floor presents certain challenges, especially when it comes to maintaining
outdoor activities with a child. Unfortunately, due to mine and my child's health issues, it is
highly inconvenient and physically demanding for me to make a daily trip to the ground floor with
the baby. It would be immensely helpful if we were granted permission to access the rooftop, as
it would allow us to take short strolls and enjoy the fresh air in a safe and secure environment.

I assure you that we fully understand and respect the rules and regulations of the building. We
will be responsible and considerate residents, ensuring that no disturbances or inconvenience is
caused to fellow residents or the maintenance staff. We are fully aware that the rooftop is a
shared space and that we will be responsible for any damages or misuse that may occur during
our presence.
To demonstrate our commitment, I am willing to sign any necessary liability waivers and adhere
to any additional rules or conditions that the building committee deems appropriate. I genuinely
believe that granting us permission to access the rooftop will contribute to the well-being of our
child and our family as a whole, while also minimizing any inconvenience caused by my health
issues.

I kindly request a meeting with the building committee to discuss this matter further and address
