Temporary actions.

am/is/are + V-ing

She´s watching TV.


I´m studying for my test.
They are playing football.

They aren´t sleeping.
She isn´t working.
I´m not eating.

Who is she talking to?

(+) I´m doing my homework now.


(-) I´m not doing my homework now.
(?) Am I doing my homework now?
Yes, I am./No, I´m not.

(+) She´s using the computer.


(-) She isn´t using the computer.
(?) Is she using the computer?
Yes, she is./No, she isn´t.

(+) They´re playing football in the park.


(-) They aren´t playing football in the park.

Time expressions: now/at the moment/at this moment/today/this week

I usually work in the office but today I´m working from home. (permanent action vs temporary
action)
This week I´m studying for my exams. (temporary action)

Exceptions:
