I understand that:

(1) Above said internship will be at my own risk and I will be personally
responsible for any damage to the property/accidents/caused to the
industry/company/others due to my negligence.
(2) As the internship is part of the curriculum, I will abide by the
instructions and guidelines issued to me by the concerned
department/faculty coordinator during this internship.
(3) I hereby declare that I shall be solely responsible for my involvement in
any kind of unlawful activities inside or outside the place of internship,
and shall be liable for punishment as per the law. I further understand
that the institution shall in no way provide any support to me and will
not be held responsible for any such action.
(4) I also declare that I am not suffering from any serious/contagious
ailment and/or any psychiatric / psychological disorder.
(5) I will strictly adhere to the code of conduct as laid down by Government
College of Engineering Srirangam, the industry which provides
internship and the hostel authorities. I also declare that I will not indulge
in any act of indiscipline inside or outside the company.
(6) I understand that I shall be liable for suitable disciplinary action in case
of any violation of the guidelines. I further declare that I will put my best
efforts towards this internship and follow the safety measures of the
industry.
(7) I will wear the formal dress in all the official events and strictly follow
the COVID -19 standard operating procedures.
(8) I will send the full contact details of the place of stay and any other
details required by the college authorities.
(9) I will stay in group and will not go anywhere alone without prior
permission from the concerned faculties/trainers and will exhibit the
right attitude and behaviour at all the time.
(10)My parents are also fully aware of the risk involved, and they have no
objection for my internship in the present pandemic situation. I solemnly
affirm and sign below, after reading this undertaking.
