The tenant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their personal space and common areas, ensuring that these areas remain tidy and hygienic. Additionally, the tenant must adhere to designated quiet hours, which are specified as nighttime hours, to promote a peaceful living environment for all occupants .
If a tenant leaves personal belongings after moving out, the landlord may consider these items abandoned after seven days. During this time, the landlord can charge the tenant a storage fee of ₱50.00 per day. If the items are not claimed, the landlord may dispose of or donate them, with the tenant having no further claim on these belongings .
