WELCOME ADDRESS

To our distinguished guests, to our Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Juvy D. Ayenza, to
our beloved principal, Dr. Merry Jean S. Trazo, principals of different schools of Danao District,
barangay and PTA officials, dynamic teachers and staff, our dear parents, fellow graduates, a
pleasant morning and welcome to the Graduation Ceremony of Santa Fe Elementary School for
school year 2024-2025.
The most significant event in a student’s life is none other than graduation. And since it is the
end of this stage in our education, it brings us a mixture of joy and pain. Joy for reaching our goals,
and pain for saying goodbye to the people who became a part of our lives.
My fellow graduates, we are about to reach high school. We must enjoy the next 6 years of our
lives in order for us to reach our goals of graduating high school, and finally, college. Our Alma Mater
taught us the values that we need in order for us to face our future without fear.
We would like to thank those who worked hard in organizing this well-prepared event. Our
Graduation is even more memorable because you have spent time and effort to ensure that we will
have a meaningful ceremony. Thank you dear teachers for the knowledge you have given us and all
those lessons you have shared with us.
Thank you dear parents for working hard to give us a good education. We are happy that you
are here with us today because this is a milestone for us. And most of all, thank you God for all of
Your blessings.
And so my dear parents, honoured guests, in behalf of the graduating class, it is my pleasure
to welcome you to witness this year’s Graduation Ceremony. Very soon we shall march on this very
stage, one by one, to receive our diplomas.
Classmates, fellow graduates, I wish you all good luck for the coming years in our lives. May
the years to come be kind to all of us and may God and His wisdom bless us with success. Thank you
very much. Once again, welcome and good morning.

proven to myself that I can be the best of what I am only if will strive hard and have a sense of
determination and perseverance. I am also happy because all my efforts and sacrifices were well paid
off.
Young as I am today, I can say that failures and trials should not be the reason for us to say no
and never try to do something, rather let us make them an inspiration to do better. Let them
strengthens our character.
These medals I have today are the fruits of my labors. And I know I could not be this best if not
because of my parents, Daghan kaayong salamat Papa og Mama. To my teachers for the

Let us thank God therefore for His unceasing grace and guidance; our teachers, for their
immeasurable dedication; our parents for their unconditional support all throughout these years and
our friends who walk along with us, side by side.
Because of them, we were able to reach this endeavor. Because of them, we can truly say,

VALEDICTORY SPEECH

To our Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Juvy D. Ayenza, to our dynamic Barangay Captain
Honorable Alex S. Torregosa, our active PTA President our beloved School Principal, Dr.
Merry Jean S. Trazo, honorable guests, dedicated teachers , dearest parents, fellow
graduates, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant afternoon to all of you!

It is my great honor and privilege to be standing in front of you in this momentous

day of our academic life. This graduation ceremony commemorates our past years of
hardship, trials and sacrifices as young leaners. As we climb the higher educational
ladder, new sets of tribulations are laid ahead of us but we must not worry for our
dearest alma mater, Santa Fe Elementary School, have prepared us to bravely and
confidently face those challenges.

Our theme, "Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas," This theme is very special
because it reminds us of how important it is to work together as one.
As we look back on our time in school, we have learned so much—not just about math and science,
but about friendship, kindness, and teamwork. We discovered that when we support each other and
work together, we can achieve great things! Just like how a team works together to win a game, we
too can work together to make our country better.
"Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa" teaches us that we are stronger when we unite. It encourages us to
help one another and to be there for our family, friends, and community. "Kaagapay" means being
partners, and this reminds us that we are all connected. Each little act of kindness adds up to make a
big difference
Graduating Class of School Year 2024-2025 do not forget this day, for at last we
have already conquered the valleys of obstacle and the spring of disappointments of our
six years of academic experience. But a gentle reminder, we may have conquered
those trials but we will surely face mountains of unsurmountable obstacle and ocean of
disappointments as we undertake to pursue higher academic learning. Nevertheless, I
firmly believe on what Mr. Ralph Marston said that “Excellence is not a skill but an
attitude”. So, we just maintain a happy, positive and hopeful attitude in every problems
we will face, disappoints we may feel and failures that we will experience, for all of these
things will mold us to be the person that our beloved parents and teachers envisioned
us to become.

Before I will end my speech, I would like to take this opportunity to express my
sincere gratitude to all our teachers who passionately taught us the different academics
and life values. Ma’am and Sir you are truly the candles that light our way. Thanks for
being patient to us and for sharing your precious time and wisdom to us, despite of our
hard headedness. Mostly, thank you for believing on our potentials, your great thoughts
will always be planted in our mind and heart.

To our very active School Principal Maam Mjean, thank you for your great
leadership and for being an epitome of hard work and dedication. You have done a lot
for the betterment of our school. You are not just a school administrator but a good
leader of our community. Dearest graduates may I request that each and one of us to
clap our hands as sign of gratitude to our mentors, whom we will surely miss but will
never be forgotten.

This success will never be ours if without the support of our family. I personally
would like to thank my mama, papa, lola, lolo, and my siblings for their love and support
to me. I dedicate this achievement for you all and just would like to say Ma and Pa, that I
love you. To all parents, please stand so that we may recognize your presence. I think
they all deserve our loudest applause.

Also, this journey would never be completed without our friends who continuously
inspires us every day. To my classmates, thank you for all the good memories, the
sweet fights, the enjoyable group activities together and the laughter and tears we share
together. I will really miss your company. We may not see each other often but the
thread of friendship that connect us all will bind us to the rest of our life.

Lastly, I would like to give my sincerest gratitude to our God who made
everything perfect. Thank you for giving me these wonderful people .Thank you for your
letting us feel this great victory. And, thank you for your unconditional love and mercy to
us even if we don’t deserve all of these.

Fellow graduates, we may leave the portals in our alma matter but we shall bring
the values and memories in this school. Now, we are ready to take another step in
reaching our dreams and we should not be afraid. Congratulation fellow graduates of
Santa Fe Elementary School. Once again, Good morning and God speed!
