Responsibilities:
● You have to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet
customer needs and business requirements
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding
standards
● Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve
code quality

● Contribute to the identification and resolution of software defects and issues
● Work on various stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements
gathering, design, implementation, testing, and documentation
Qualifications:
● Graduating - MCA
● Hands-on C# .NET/ Java/ ReactJS development knowledge or used to practice codes
frequently
● Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically structure code to address
complex challenges
● Familiarity with data structures, and algorithms
● Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and open to receiving feedback
● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Please Note:
Salary Package-Rs.23,000/- for 3 months on probation and after 3 months and upon
confirmation with the company the package will be revised to Rs.30,000/- per month,
which will be subject to a tax deduction
From the start of their joining, there will be a service bond for 30 months which will
be mentioned on their appointment letter with the Company, from the joining day,
excluding the notice period. If they wish to be relieved before the service
commitment, they shall pay the Company a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh
Fifty Thousand only) towards the training charges in addition to travel and
accommodation charges, if any
They will also be benefited from term life insurance for self + accidental insurance and
Group health insurance for self + Spouse + 2 kids and Gratuity
