● Defining, designing and optimising processes across the organisation


● Scaling the business through standardisation, continuous improvement and lean practices
● Using a data driven approach to solve complex and business critical problems

● At least a 2:1 degree from a top university


● 0-7 years of work experience in an engineering / structured / KPI focussed environment (including
but not limited to Outsourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail)
