Terms and Conditions of ‘Free Mobile phone Campaign’
with Al Hilal Bank Mastercard Cashback Credit Card
1. This offer is applicable to customers who will apply for a Al Hilal Bank PJSC (the .1
“Bank”) Mastercard Cashback Credit Card through the Al Hilal digital app or
via the Bank’s sales staff between 15 February 2025 and 30 June 2025 and are 2025 30 2025 15
approved by 15 July 2025. .2025 15
2. Applications received after 30 June 2025 will not be eligible under this campaign 2025 30 ُ .2
3. Offer is applicable for new or existing Bank customers who do not have an existing .3
Al Hilal Bank Credit Card.
4. Upon approval of the credit card, customers need to make a purchase of a mobile .4
phone or a gadget of choice with their Al Hilal Bank Mastercard Cashback Credit
Card, through Sharaf DG.
5. The first purchase of a mobile phone or a gadget made by the customer through
Sharaf DG after receiving the credit card will be considered as the chosen product .5
for the campaign. For example:
2025 15
a. If customer’s credit card has approved on 15th March 2025, and
2025 25 Apple Watch 10 .
b. customer purchases an Apple Watch Series 10, on 25th March 2025 and
2025 30 iPhone 16 Pro - 256 ً .
c. later decides to purchase an iPhone 16 Pro 256 GB, on 30th March 2025
ً Apple Watch 10 .
d. customer will be enrolled for Apple Watch Series 10, automatically,
henceassociated spend target to be achieved to qualify for the cashback
reimbursement.
6. Bank will fully reimburse the cost of purchase for the mobile phone or a gadget, .6
in customer credit card as ‘cashback credit’ subject to the customer meeting the
criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.
7. Eligible customers will receive a reimbursement equal to 100%* of the cost of their 100% .7
purchased product up to a maximum amount mentioned in the table below or the
actual cost of the purchased product, whichever is lower.
8. Product purchased through Sharaf DG’s dedicated page for this campaign will .8
have a specific spend target associated with it as per the table below: ً

9. The customer must achieve the associated spend target within six (6) months from 6 .9
the date of the credit card issuance to get the cost of the product reimbursed. ً
10. Spend requirement: Customer can choose to achieve the spend target associated .10
with their chosen product by:
a. making retail* purchases or
b. transferring their outstanding balances from their other Bank credit cards to their .
Cashback Credit Card through Balance Transfer or
c. combination of balance transfer and retail purchases. *Retail spend is defined as ً .
purchases made by customers at merchant (POS) Point of Sale terminals, mobile
wallet purchases or e-commerce

11. Following transactions will not be considered towards spend target achievement: ّ .11
a. Transactions made at exchange houses .
b. ATM cash withdrawal .
c. Instant cash .
d. Disputed transactions .
e. Transaction reversals/refunds .
12. Transaction date as opposed to posting date will be considered to determine ً .12
spend target achievement .
13. Offer is limited to one product per primary card applicant. .13
14. Once the customer successfully meets the required spend target within six (6) 6 .14
months of credit card issuance, the cashback reward will be credited to their
credit card within 60 days after meeting the spend target. ً 60
15. The first product purchased during the offer period is final and cannot be .15
changed for another product under this campaign.
16. Customers are not allowed to opt for a different product during the campaign .16
period to meet the spend target.
17. Customers will be notified of their spend target achievement by the Bank on a .17
periodic basis through emailers or push notifications.
18. The Bank reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of the campaign at .18
any time without prior notice.
19. If the customer fails to meet the spend target within six (6) months, they will not ً 6 .19
receive the cashback reward.
20. By participating in this campaign, the customer agrees to be bound by these .20
terms and conditions.
21. The Bank’s decision regarding any disputes or issues related to the campaign are .21
in its sole discretion, will be final and binding. .ً ً
22. Any fraudulent activities or misuse of the offer will lead to disqualification from the .22
campaign.
23. Al Hilal Bank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to exclude any cardhold- ً .23
er from participating in the offer at its absolute discretion without any prior notice.
24. Fulfilment or eligibility related disputes regarding this campaign should be raised ً 90 .24
within 90 days from campaign end date else, disputes shall not be entertained.
25. Bank’s decision on all matters related to the campaign fulfilment or any dispute ً .25
shall be final, and binding and no correspondences or exceptions shall be enter- ً ُ
tained.
26. Bank is not liable for the services/products offered by Sharaf DG. Any service or .26
product related issues or queries should be referred to the partner directly.
27. The Offer terms & conditions may be amended, modified, varied, or supplemented .27
at any time without any prior notification to customers and without any responsi-
bility on the Bank or any of its employees and subsidiaries or affiliates.
28. These terms and conditions shall apply to the Campaign, in addition to the terms .28
set out in the “Al Hilal Bank Cashback Credit Card Terms & Conditions”, “Al Hilal
Bank covered card Terms and conditions” and “General Terms and Conditions for
Accounts and Banking Services”.
