Sub: Joining Letter

We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the position of Processing Unit
Manager in our organization. We look forward to a successful and professional association. Please
find below the terms and conditions of your employment. Your appointment will be effective from
your actual date of joining, which must not be later than 1st May 2025. Your work location will
initially be Gurgaon, but the Company reserves the right to transfer you to any other location based
on operational requirements.

The following documents are to be submitted at the time of joining:

1.​ Educational qualification certificates


2.​ Aadhar Card
3.​ PAN Card
4.​ Experience certificates (if any)
5.​ Relieving letter from previous employer
6.​ Last 3 months’ salary slips (if applicable)
7.​ Last 3 months’ bank statements
8.​ Appointment/Appraisal letter from previous employer (if applicable)
9.​ Four (4) passport-size photographs​

3. Job Responsibilities
As a PU Manager, your responsibilities will include:

●​ Oversee operations within the processing unit to maintain top-quality output.


●​ Inspect clothes for stains, wear & tears, or defects and inform customers proactively.
●​ Supervise garment tagging, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch.
●​ Maintain stock and ensure timely procurement of processing materials.
●​ Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
●​ Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM.

4. Leave Policy

●​ Casual Leave (CL): 0.5 day per month, credited after completion of 30 days of service.
●​ Earned Leave (EL): 1 day per month, available after completing 6 months of continuous
service.
●​ Holidays: Refer to Annexure B for the list of declared holidays.
5. Grace Timing Policy

To support flexibility, grace time for late arrival or early departure is allowed as follows:

●​ Up to 15 minutes – 4 days per month


●​ Up to 30 minutes – 2 days per month
●​ Up to 1 hour – 1 day per month

Exceeding the above will be subject to deduction or disciplinary action as per company policy.

6. Compensation

Your monthly CTC will be INR 18,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a performance incentive
based on your performance & efficiency, as detailed in Annexure A.

7. Deductions
Salary will be subject to the following statutory and contractual deductions:​

●​ Income Tax
●​ Professional Tax (if applicable)
●​ Any outstanding dues or advances to the Company
●​ Other applicable statutory deductions

8. Confidentiality & Privacy Clause

You may have access to sensitive information, including customer names, contact details, addresses,
service history, and payment data. You are strictly prohibited from disclosing or sharing any
customer or company data in any form, whether during or after your employment.

Any violation will be treated as gross misconduct, leading to immediate termination and may
involve legal action as per applicable laws. Your employment is subject to a satisfactory background
check which may include identity, previous employment, criminal records, and address verification.
The Company may initiate such checks at any time during your tenure.

10. Attendance and Absence

Absence without prior approval or valid justification will be considered leave without pay. If absent
for more than 2 consecutive days without approval, your employment may be subject to review or
termination. You must inform your reporting manager and provide valid proof of reason upon
rejoining.

11. Notice Period

Either party may terminate this employment by giving one (1) month’s written notice or salary in
lieu thereof. Upon resignation or termination, you are required to return all company property and
settle any dues.

ANNEXURE- B

HOLIDAY POLICY
The company observes 10 compulsory holidays each year. All employees are required to take these
holidays off. If an employee chooses to work on any of these days, the hours worked will be
considered and compensated as overtime.

In addition to the compulsory holidays, there are 6 restricted holidays. These are optional, and
employees may choose to avail only one (1) restricted holiday from this list, based on their personal
preference or cultural observance.​ ​ ​
