Sub: Public Issue of equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of Oswal Pumps Limited ("Company" and "Offer",
respectively)

The IPO Committee of the Company at their respective meetings held on June 12, 2025, in consultation with the
Book Running Lead Managers to the Offer namely IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities
Limited), Axis Capital Limited, CLSA India Private Limited, JM Financial Limited, and Nuvama Wealth
Management Limited, has finalized allocation of 67,78,533 Equity Shares, to Anchor Investors at Anchor Investor
allocation price of Rs. 614/- per Equity Share (including share premium of Rs. 613/- per Equity Share) in the

As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations,
2009, as amended, in case the Offer Price discovered through book building process is higher than the Anchor
Investor allocation price, Anchor investors will be required to pay the difference by the pay-in as specified in the
revised CAN.
