1. Strongly Supports, establishing strong partnerships with local law enforcement
agencies, community organizations, and religious institutions to identify and address
potential sources of radicalization (United States of America);
2. Recommends, adapting effective domestic laws and regulations including export
control to govern the manufacturing of guns, exports of firearms, and explosives in
order to prevent their use for terrorist attacks (Sudan);
3. Advices, Inculcating AI analyzing and interpreting online data creating dedicated
solutions to complex and specific radicalization and extremist ideologies, and
authorizing a task force for each country to ensure the best results of AI (India);
4. Stresses Disrupting Terrorist Financing:
a) Strengthen international financial regulations to prevent the flow of funds to
terrorist organizations
b) Collaborate with financial institutions and technology companies to develop
innovative tools for detecting suspicious financial transactions related to terrorism
c) Encourage member states to freeze assets linked to terrorist activities and prosecute
individuals involved in financing terrorism (United Kingdom);
5. Encourages Efforts to strengthen law enforcement and judicial capabilities, expand
aviation and border security, deepen global information sharing, counter-terrorist
financing, improve crisis response, and counter violent extremism (Italy);
6. Recommends that nations invest more in their intelligence agencies (South Africa);
7. Considers, Negotiation with radical or terrorist groups as the first step to
understanding their perspective and coming to a solution without bloodshed or
unnecessary harm (Bangladesh);
8. Draws attention, towards the impact of soft power such as education and cultural
diplomacy that will help in preventing Radicalization globally (Netherlands);
9. Requests the governments to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs for
individuals who have been radicalized (United Kingdom);
10. Encourages addressing socio-economic disparities that contribute to feelings of
marginalization and alienation, which can make individuals susceptible
to radicalization (Canada);
11. Appreciates, the promotion and use of education and awareness to counter extremist
mindsets and propaganda (United States of America);
12. Urges To take a holistic approach to countering terrorism and to focus on the
economic, social, cultural, and educational aspects of the problem as well as its
ideological and intellectual roots (Egypt).
