Day 1: Introduction to Industrial Security

o Basic conduct, ethics, grooming
 Practical:
o Uniform protocol
o Parade basics (marching, attention, stand at ease)

Day 2: Access Control & Visitor Management

 Theory:
o Gate entry/exit procedures
o ID checks, visitor slips, logbooks
o Access control systems (biometric, RFID basics)
 Practical:
o Simulated gate checking
o Use of hand-held scanners

Day 3: Patrolling Techniques

 Theory:
o Types of patrols (foot, vehicle)
o Patrolling logs, checklists
o Use of radio and reporting
 Practical:
o Conducting patrols with dummy routes
o Use of communication devices (walkie-talkie demo)

Day 4: Emergency Handling & Fire Safety


 Theory:
o Types of emergencies (fire, theft, intrusion)
o Evacuation procedures
o Fire types and extinguishers
 Practical:
o Fire extinguisher demo (live)
o Evacuation drill

Day 5: Legal Awareness & Soft Skills

 Theory:
o Basic rights & duties under Indian law (IPC, CrPC basics)
o Private security agency regulations
o Communication skills, handling public
 Practical:
o Roleplay: handling angry visitor, reporting theft

Day 6: Physical Fitness & Drills

 Theory:
o Importance of physical fitness
o Health & hygiene
 Practical:
o Daily fitness routines
o Endurance test, obstacle training

Day 7: Final Assessment & Certification

 Written Test: Based on theoretical sessions


 Practical Test: Guard post simulation, communication, patrol
 Feedback Session
