Work Breakdown Structure

The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for this project is divided into three
main phases, each designed to ensure a comprehensive narrative
development. The first phase, Research and Analysis (3 points), involves
gathering historical context on the African diaspora, collecting personal
narratives, and analyzing themes of resilience and innovation found in
existing literature. The second phase, Drafting the Narrative (4 points),
focuses on creating a detailed outline to organize key themes and events,
followed by writing the first draft that incorporates effective storytelling
techniques. This phase also includes revising the narrative for coherence and
thematic depth. Finally, the Review and Finalization phase (3 points)
entails seeking peer feedback on the draft, editing for clarity and tone, and
preparing the final version for presentation, ensuring that all elements are
polished and cohesive. Each phase is vital for delivering a well-researched
and engaging narrative that resonates with the audience.
