Objective:
In order to foster a professional and orderly atmosphere, the organization believes that
attire plays a pivotal role. The following guidelines are designed to assist in choosing
appropriate clothing that aligns with our company's ethos of simplicity, sophistication, and
service.

By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure that our employees represent our brand
effectively and feel confident in their appearance.

Scope of the Policy:


The dress code policy applies to all the employees of ‘Malhar Dental care Clinic’.

Business Appropriate Attire: Sport and outdoor clothing are reserved for personal time. At
work, opt for professional outfits.

Dress Conservatively: Choose clothes that uphold our professional ethos, avoiding overly
revealing attire.

Female employees should not wear low neck dress. It should be below knee length.
Employees can wear kurti, formal western dress, saree, jeans & T-shirt.

Male employees should wear formal shirt pants / Shirt – jeans / Kurta – chudidaar
payjama / jeans.

For All Employees:

Decent jewellery is allowed to wear. Excess and too big earing or necklace is not allowed to
wear.

All Doctors and Assistants are required to wear apron, gloves, head cap and mask while
treating a patient.

Shoes / chappals / sandals should be comfortable. High heels and noise making foot wear
should be avoid to wear.

Maintain Your Outfit: Ensure clothes are clean and free from visible rips, tears, or holes.
Appropriate Graphics: Clothing with logos or slogans should be respectful and non-
offensive.
