AIM:

To perform the Assignment problem using Tora software.

PROCEDURE:

1. Select TORA in Windows.

2. Press any key to continue and select Transportation problem.

3. Enter new problem and go to input screen.

4. Give Problem Title , Enter number of sources and enter number of destination

5. For supply and demand value 1

6. Enter the machine values for different operators.

[Link] the file and press enter, it shows solve and modify menu.

[Link] solve option Procedure Vogel’s Starting point and press enter.

9. Click view solution/sensitivity summary from the optimum solution summary in


the window.
