I am writing to invite my brother, Rajat, who resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to visit me
to in numbered
paragraphs and my family in Australia for a short period from 25th march 2025 to 5th April 2025 . The purpose
of his visit is to spend time with us, particularly to visit my children, who share a close relationship
with their uncle. It would be a wonderful opportunity for them to reconnect and strengthen these
family bonds.
During his stay, Rajat will be accommodated at my residence in Australia. I will personally take
responsibility for his accommodation, living expenses, and all other costs associated with his stay,
including his travel within Australia. He will return to Dubai upon completion of his visit, and I will
ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for his safe return.
I am fully committed to ensuring that all requirements for his visa are met. Attached are the
necessary supporting documents, including proof of my Australian residency and my financial
ability to sponsor his visit.
I believe that the statements in this declaration are true in every particular, and I understand that a
person who intentionally makes a false statement in a statutory declaration is guilty of an offence
under section 11 of the Statutory Declarations Act 1959, the punishment for which is imprisonment
for a term of 4 years.

A statutory declaration under the Statutory Declarations Act 1959 may be made before–
