About Lloyd
The Lloyd Group of Institutions encompasses Institutions of Management, Law, Engineering &
Technology, Pharmacy, and Forensic Science, extending multi‐faceted knowledge in these fields.
Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh has started forensic science
courses from academic year 2022 in affiliation with National Forensic Sciences University
(NFSU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat (An Institution of National Importance), Ministry of Home Affairs,
Government of India.
One of the objectives of education is to produce skilled human resources who are ethically
trained (forensic) professionals. Lloyd has established itself towards growth, development and
formation of a generation of legal and forensic professionals to inculcate intellectual genius,
moral consciousness and social responsibility to ensure Rule of Law and Forensic Science locally
and globally.
We are upbringing future Forensic Scientists, Forensic Professors, Questioned Document
Experts, Digital Forensic Experts, Researchers, Public Servants and Forensic Professionals who
will advance with competence and sustenance the criminal justice delivery system of our beloved
nation. Lloyd endeavors to provide all the necessary tools and professional skill set to the
budding forensic luminaries so that they succeed in professional and social duties. We develop

pleasure to announce that we have extended our family of Lloyd
group of institutions by introducing 'Lloyd institute of Forensic
Sciences (LIFS).
Forensic Science deals with the application of the knowledge and
methodology of various disciplines of science to legal matters. The
work of a forensic scientist in any investigation is very crucial since it involves a comprehensive
examination of evidence while assuring that it is not tampered.
Forensic investigations and analysis are useful in mediation, arbitration, and civil litigation. That
is why forensic analysis are accepted in courts globally.
Forensic science plays a very signi icant role in our judicial system, as it provides scienti ic facts
based on hard evidences.
The unique pedagogy backed up with meticulously laid State‐of‐the‐art infrastructure brings

(NFSU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat (An Institution of National
Importance), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, I
welcome you all.
In the criminal justice system, forensic science plays a crucial role to
create unbiased conclusions that can help with the investigation and
punishment of criminals or clear an innocent person of suspicion,
forensic scientists examine and analyze evidence from crime scenes
and other locations. The word forensic comes from the Latin word 'forensis', which means public,
forum, or public discussion.
The Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science promotes teaching and research to achieve excellence in
the ield of forensic science in association with applied sciences, technology, and law. The
Institution is focused to provides training, professional development, research, and extension
work in forensic science to all the stakeholders of the criminal justice delivery system of India and
abroad. The Institution offers Programs at Master's as well as diploma level and includes [Link].

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Booking amount shall be paid at the time of admission only.
2. AC and Non AC rooms shall be allotted on a irst come irst serve basis only. However, the same is
subject to change on the application of the inmate to change the room, if available in future.
3. 60% Hostel fee shall be paid before starting of the session and rest 40% shall be paid within two
months of boarding the hostel.
4. Rs. 10,000/‐ Security money (refundable) shall be paid at the time of admission and the same shall be
refunded when the student shall leave the hostel. It is not adjustable in any case against any other
student's fee.
5. Every student needs to submit the undertaking to comply by the rules and regulations at the time of
accommodating the hostel.

TRANSPORT FACILITY FOR DAY SCHOLARS

For the security and added comfort, Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science provides buses for the
transportation of our students.
Well connected transport facility will be provided to the students by the College from different parts of
Delhi / NCR. There are three bus routes in Delhi / NCR. All bus routes are thoroughly connected with
major Metro Stations. Student may opt for any route and such opted route cannot be changed without
prior permission from the concerned authority.
Transport facility is provided to the students at competitive rates on “no pro it no loss” basis.

Admission Process

 Applicant must have completed Bachelor's degree in Science / Forensic Science/ Medicine / Engineering /
Pharmacy with at least 55% for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS category candidates, and 50% or equivalent for
SC/ST and PwD category candidates.

PG Diploma in Fingerprint Science – 1 Year Program

 Applicant must have completed Bachelor's degree with at least 50% for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS category
candidates, and 45% or equivalent for SC/ST and PwD category candidates.

PG Diploma in Forensic Document Examination -1 Year Program

 Applicant must have completed Bachelor's degree with at least 50% for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS category
candidates, and 45% or equivalent for SC/ST and PwD category candidates.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Personal Interview (PI) is a basic aptitude analysis of students based on the knowledge of subjects studied in
the last qualifying exams, other areas of interest, Current affairs , Hobbies and Achievements .
