This decision was not easy, as I have greatly appreciated the opportunities for growth and the
support I have received from you and the entire team. Working at UPLSI has been an invaluable
experience, and I am grateful for the professional development and relationships I’ve built
during my time here.

Please let me know how I can help ensure a smooth transition. I am committed to completing
my responsibilities and assisting in training a replacement if needed during my remaining time.
