MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM (NON-
THESIS)
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Master in Business Administration Program is a two- year non-
thesis program designed for early-career professionals who want to prepare
themselves to take on greater responsibilities and assume broader
leadership roles. The students enroll in this program will acquire not only
knowledge and skills needed to address recent management concerns, but
also the mindsets necessary to become lifelong learners.
The students’ participation in a Field-based Experiential Learning (FCL)
leading to the preparation of a Business Integration paper is one major
requirement of this program. Completion of the degree will result to creditable
units for continuous MBA thesis program given additional one-year thesis
writing.
OUTCOMES
Graduates of the Master of Business Administration degree program will be
able to:
Demonstrate advance knowledge and skills in business
administration for p professional practice and lifelong learning;
Prepare an Integration paper that is considered a tool towards productive
integration strategy for organizations; and
Understand the value of involvement to community extension programs
both local and abroad.
GOAL
To equip students with relevant skills necessary to effectively
create and Implement innovations in business operations.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Master in Business Administration Program is a two- year and a half,
thesis program designed for early-career professionals who want to prepare
themselves to take on greater responsibilities and assume broader
leadership roles. The students enroll in this program will acquire not only
knowledge and skills needed to address recent management concerns, but
also the mindsets necessary to become lifelong learners.
The students should be able to write a thesis presented in public,
reviewed and published to creditable journals.
OUTCOMES
Graduates of the Master of Business Administration degree program will be
able to:
Demonstrate advance knowledge and skills in business
administration for p professional practice and lifelong learning;
Publish a thesis related to business administration; and
Understand the value of involvement to community extension programs
both local and abroad.
