Change Control Plant script
I first want to present the Change Control Plan that guides development of the P&G app project.
The plan enables our team to handle project modifications which may occur during development.
Every application change must be accompanied by a request which includes the required
justification and priority level. The Project Manager and Senior Developer together with the rest
of our team will examine the impact of changes on project scope and budget and timeline
duration. The Change Control Board consisting of important team members will examine and
validate the alteration when required approval emerges. We will carry out the approved change
by conducting thorough implementation followed by testing and validation of complete system
performance. We will conduct ongoing change monitoring before updating all relevant
documentation. The steps provide smooth handling of alterations that prevents interruptions to
the project schedule.
Continuous Improvement Plan Slide Script
Today, my team and I present our Continuous Improvement Plan for the Superior Messaging App
that will participate in the success of P&G for long time. This close out plan was designed to
provide a smooth transition and support for future projects of similar nature.
Continuous Improvement Plan consists of three stages. During the initial thirty days all project
documentation consisting of user guides together with FAQs will reach completion. The P&G
team members will participate in structured education about system functions together with
resource control and technical assistance procedures. Our solution includes setting up a particular
support service that will provide swift help whenever necessary during the transition period.
The Continuous Improvement Plan 60-day period includes the monitoring and support, a primary
focus of operations. We will conduct weekly meetings to monitor progress, solve problems, and
give advisory assistance. Employee feedback about system usability will guide necessary
adjustments for improvement of functionality.
P&G will take full control of the system at the end of 90 days. A last evaluation process will take
place to validate the fulfillment of all established targets. A Lessons Learned Log will record all
achievements and lessons missed during program execution. P&G will control the system at this
stage through the implementation of a structured process for ongoing system adjustments.
Users can submit feedback through surveys and in-app reporting tools to report problems and
propose betterments which the company will regularly gather. A specialized system maintains
feedback organization by separating individual inputs according to their levels of importance for
conducting systemized assessment activities. Future updates will be guided through monthly
assessment results that detect emerging trends. Through our agility, we improve with speed while
testing everything thoroughly for clear communication to all stakeholders.
The security and usability of P&G's system alongside long-term value will be maintained
through this strategic plan. The established foundation for continuous improvement enables the
Superior Messaging App to develop in line with business evolution. I would appreciate your

The presentation showed Superior Messaging Project dedicated to building a secure messaging
platform for P&G staff members. The global workforce at P&G requires more efficient
communication tools because it has grown to become a major multinational corporation. The
developed application through this project combines encryption with file sharing capabilities
along with scheduling and training functionalities which function across multiple devices. The
system needs to fulfill P&G's security requirements and user experience needs and privacy
standards at a cost below $250,000. The collection of feedback for system upgrades will happen
through survey data and face-to-face meetings. I am thankful of you all today for giving use your
