Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have purchased my travel
ticket on 24 May 2025, prior to the official notice published on 24 May 2025
regarding the Eid-ul-Azha vacation.
My journey is scheduled for 29 May 2025. In light of the university’s kind
consideration towards such cases, I am humbly requesting your permission to be
granted leave for the relevant dates so that my academic participation is not
negatively impacted, and my travel plans remain uninterrupted.
I have attached a photocopy of my travel ticket along with this application for
your reference.
I shall be grateful for your kind understanding and support.
