GP Project Term 3 Reflection

We need to create a presentation regarding public transportation in


Malaysia for Global Perspectives. After finishing the project, I have
learned a lot of things. I felt like I have achieved a lot of things. I
managed to communicate better than last time with my group
members. The slides I have done also look better and have a better
design overall. While doing the project, I faced a lot of challenges, I
needed to balance the teamwork properly because some of my group
members did most of the work by themselves, leaving me with nothing
to do and the others. But I managed to overcome it by balancing the
work together so that those who didn’t contribute (but wanted to) can
do something. After I finished the project, I realized that I could
improve on a lot of things, I could improve on communicating and
researching. This is because If I improve on communicating, I could
organize and work better with my group members. I also need to
improve on researching so that next time I could gather information
faster and even more efficiently. I feel like I have contributed a lot to
the project, I did some of the slides and managed to get the group
together because I am the leader. As a team, we have also faced a lot
of challenges, these include a lot of confusion between us and a lot of
switching work here and there. This is because of the lack of
communication, what I meant is that one just suddenly did all the work,
while the other one doesn’t know what to do. But thank god, we solved
the problem by gathering together to discuss what to do once and for
all. In the end, all of our problems were solved. Regarding me and my
team, I realized that I could improve a lot, I could talk better with my
teammates and stay in touch with them. In the end, I am happy with the
results and I hope to do it again next time.
