CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1Background of the Study
23
1.2 Statement of the Problem
Think what general problem you are actually trying to solve. Then generate at
least 1 to 3 specific problem in which should be connected by your objective.
1.3 Objective of the Study
Think what general problem you are actually trying to solve. Then generate at
least 1 to 3 specific problems in which should be connected by your objective.
24
1.4 Scope and Limitation of the Study
In making this sections, state what is your scope or range of your study. Put all the
limitations which are NOT included in your study
1.5 Significance of the Study
Dictate what we can learn from your study. Not just stating who will be
benefiting from study.
1.6 Definition of terms
Define your terms by your own words. What your study trying to explain or
use of this word. Avoid using dictionary, make it only as you base

CHAPTER II
REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
2.1 The Structure and Electronic Properties of Graphene
Graphene is an allotrope of Carbon elements with a form of 2D
structure, hexagonal lattice with a hybridization of sp2. The graphene sheet is
composed of carbon-carbon bonds with a bond length of 1.42 Å, slightly
shorter than the carbon-carbon bond of diamond, which is 1.54 Å (Zhen &
Zhu, 2018). Graphene is a packed single-layer atom with a honeycomb
lookalike appearance. The carbon atom bonds the other three carbon atoms
with a sp2 hybridization, forming a benzene ring-like structure (Urade et al.,
2023). There are three sigma bonds per carbon, and the electron can move
between bonds, which results in a one-resonance structure.
These are some examples on how to write an RRL. Read the whole journal and
avoid copying and paste. You can rephrase or paraphrase but avoid using AI. Your
sources must be related to your study and must be not beyond 10 years from now
On writing the citation, follow APA 7 th edition citation. Look on the references for the
example format.
There is a minimal electron and positron energy for Dirac particles with mass
however this linear dispersion law applies at any energy for Dirac particles
with mass less than zero (Assaf et al., 2016). This is an example of IN-TEXT
