Methods:
1. Do the sound drill (A-Z).
2. Introduce the teacher flashcard (the single letter) using the IQA lesson then stick it on the board.
3. Introduce the self-made letter using the IQA lesson then stick it on the board.
4. The teacher reads and does the action, and then the students follow by observing the teacher’s hand
and lips.
5. The teacher does the action, and then the students say the sound.
6. The teacher says the sound then the students do the action.
7. The teacher says the sound then the students do the lips’ action.
8. The teacher does the lips’ action, and then the students say the sound.
9. Let the students practice group by group then one by one.
10. Introduce the pair of the same objects by using the IQA lesson then stick on the board.
11. The teacher tells the students “They are the same” then draws the line to match.
12. Introduce the pair of the different objects by using the IQA lesson then stick on the board.
13. The teacher tells the students “They aren’t the same” then tells them not to draw a line.
14. The teacher hands out the worksheet to the students to practice.
15. The teacher collects the worksheet after the students finish it.
16. Ask the students to take out their workbook to practice.
