 Level 3

Grant temporary hit points equal to twice the rolled

amount to 8 allies within 60ft


In boss encounters parties may have access to a limit guage

that increases over time, and once it hits certain thresholds, a

Limit Break may be used by one of the party members,



unleashing a single powerful ability that could end or change Single target Limit Break to do massive damage

the course of a battle.

Depending on how much the gauge is filled the party gains Level 1
access to more powerful attacks. Limit Breaks have different Deal damage to a single target within 5ft the rolled

effects depending on the role the player using them chose for amount divided by half

that battle.

Level 2

 Deal damage to a single target within 10ft

 Level 3

Roll all dice twice and deal damage to a single target


The Limit Gauge has three stages and advances one stage
within 15ft
every third round of combat (capping out at 9 rounds)

The Limit Break can only be used once, afterwhich the



gauge will not continue to build

Area of effect Limit Break to do massive damage but can be

 saved against for half damage

When using a Limit Break a number of d6 are rolled equal to


Level 1
the total levels of the party. The result is then modified by the
Deal damage in a 15ft circle the rolled amount divided by
associated Limit Role. For example a party of 4 level 3
half (dc save 10)
characters will roll 12d6 for their Limit Break

Level 2
 Deal damage in a 30ft circle (dc save 15)

At the beginning of initiative players choose which role


Level 3
their limit break is
Deal damage in a 60ft circle (dc save 25)
Each role has it's own limit break with unique effects


Casting limit Break costs 1 action with the exception of

Tank. Limit Break is always cast at the highest level and can

Support Limit Break that heals nearby party members. only be used once and cannot be charged again.

Level 1

Heal up to 8 allies (including yourself ) within 10 ft half the

rolled amount

Level 2

Heal up to 8 allies within 20 ft the rolled amount

Level 3

Roll all dice twice and heal up to 8 allies within 50


Support Limit Break used situationally as a reaction to

prevent incoming damage

Level 1

Grant temporary hit points equal to half the rolled

amount, to 8 allies (including yourself ) within 15ft

Level 2

Grant temporary hit points equal the rolled amount, to 8

allies within 30ft
